Please note: If your family member does not meet the qualifications outlined above for Arizona DDD, we will forward your details to another agency for additional assistance.

How it Works

A clear, supported path to becoming a paid caregiver

NOTE: This program is only available for family members with a developmental disability as listed on the Arizona DDD website. These include:

  • Autism
  • Cerebral palsy
  • Epilepsy
  • Cognitive / Intellectual Disability
  • Down Syndrome
  • Or are under the age of six and at risk of having a developmental disability

Our team will guide you through a 7-step process to becoming a paid family caregiver:

  1. 1Fill out the preliminary form and speak to our team.
  2. 2Complete employment paperwork.
  3. 3Obtain CPR, First Aid, and Article 9 Training certification.
  4. 4Get fingerprint clearance.
  5. 5Pass a background check.
  6. 6Attend Inspiration of the Valley Orientation.
  7. 7Start getting paid to care for your loved one.
