Home & Community Based Services
In-home, person-centered support that helps members live as independently as possible, provided in their own home or out in the community.
- Attendant Care. Personalized help with daily living, including grooming, cooking, cleaning, and more.
- Respite. Reliable breaks for primary caregivers, scheduled or as-needed.
- Habilitation. Person-centered teaching of daily living skills to support independence.

Family-led since 2007
Founded by Joseph Kativu and his wife Daisy, a registered nurse, with a passion for foster care and DDD support.
Contracted with AZ DES/DDD
Operating under a contract with the Arizona Department of Economic Security's Division of Developmental Disabilities since 2008.
AHCCCS-approved training
Our team completes AHCCCS-approved training including CPR, First Aid, and Article 9.

Comprehensive services across the lifespan, from young children to older adults.
